Varies, depends on our type of products. For Box Edition and Pastry, one day in advance while for Celebration Cake and Kuih Traditional is 3 days in advance. However, bear in mind that, first come first serve basis, we do have our maximum order per day.

Yes, we do deliver. All of our cakes are available for delivery within the Kuantan area from Wednesday – Sundays.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our pick-up point which is in Kndera Mahkota 15 to the delivery location. RM5 is for below 10 km, and next km will be calculated RM1/km.

We provide a knife for every cake and candles only upon request.

We only use pure butter, unbleached flour, natural sugar, natural flavour and colour (also in our cake decorations)

Our baked goods are muslim-made and baked with premium ingredients that are halal.

We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While we do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, dairy and nuts are present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at all of our baking facilities, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts or dairy.

Kindly note that our craft is in a certain style of cakes, thus we are able to custom cakes but we are not able to accord a carte blanche to customers on the cake design. Our custom cakes can be naked / semi-naked / buttercream. For custom cake orders, please Whatsapp orders at 0129282577

This is on a case-by-case basis and depends on the complexity of the colour/ shape. Customisation will incur an additional fee.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any order cancellations as we have book the slot for you.

We typically require at least 1 week order in advance.

Any changes in your order must be whatsapp at 0129282577 more than 24 hours of collection date. We are not able to make any changes made less than 24 hours prior to collection / delivery date. 

Once you have receive the order, or with deliveryman, it is considered “accepted”. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our kitchen. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
