We love butter cake, and we also love our home grown local fruit, Cempedak. So we bind them together to make a cempedak butter cake , it’s buttery enough and packed with cempedak flesh inside out. Made with less sugar as cempedak itself has sufficient sweetness on its own.

Storage Instructions:

Keep in an airtight container. Best consumed within 3 days (room temperature), 7 days (in refrigerator) and can freeze up to 3 months. For best taste and texture, spray some water on the cake slice, reheat the cake for 15-20 seconds in the microwave. Serve immediately.
