Also known as Putri Salat, a delightful Malay two-layered dessert with steamed glutinous rice forming the bottom half and the silky smooth pandan or durian custard on top, it’s heady with the flavor of fresh coconut milk.

Storage Instructions:

Best consumed within 12 hours (room temperature). Can be stored in the chiller for 3 days. For best taste and texture after storing in the chiller, reheat the kuih for 30 seconds in the microwave. Serve immediately.
