Puteri Ayu

Puteri Ayu is also known as Kuih Nyonya. It is an Indonesian kuih which is green in colour with white coconut topping. It’s a delicious kuih, fragrant with pandan and with a lovely light, moist texture like sponge cake. 25pcs per box

Storage Instructions:

Best consumed within 12 hours (room temperature). Can be stored in chiller for 3 days (in refrigerator) freezer up to 3 months. For best taste and texture, reheat the room temperature quiche for 10 minutes in the 180C preheated oven. Serve immediately.
