Description
The texture of the chewy pearl sagu that is drenched in combination of sweet gula melaka and creamy milk make this one of the top Malaysians’ favorite desserts. The sagu is cooked with bunga telang (blue pea) to get a natural beautiful shade of blue. Suitable for 10-12 servings.
Storage Instructions:
Keep in an airtight container and keep chilled. Best consumed within 12 hours (room temperature), and 3 days (in refrigerator). For best taste and texture, serve it cold.
